Upload Advertising Assets

Send your print advertising information to our graphic designer to create your ad for Eagle Magazine using the following form.

Step 1:

Make sure your logo and any images you provide are 300dpi, or we will not be able to use them.

Step 2:

Make sure your files are the correct type. ai is preferred for logos and jpg is preferred for images, but we will also accept eps, pdf or tif.

Step 3:

Fill out the form below and choose UPLOAD.

Step 5:

Wait for confirmation of successful upload before leaving this web page.

**If you are submitting ads for both Greenbelt Magazine and Eagle Magazine, please make sure that they are sized differently, per the specs pages on each site, and please be sure to upload them individually to the correct magazine’s site.

***If you are having difficulty with uploading, please email materials to danielle@eaglemagazine.com or send your assets to be designed into your ad for a $10 fee.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the proof is correct in all areas. Please be sure to double-check photos, spelling, grammar, layout and design before approving artwork. If a proof containing errors is approved by the customer, customer is responsible for payment of all original costs of printing including corrections and reprints. The customer is 100% responsible for approvals of Copyright, Trademark and Licensing Agreements of artwork. By selecting "I UNDERSTAND," the customer acknowledges they are contractually bound for payment of all services rendered, and that this form submission has the validity of a signature. All artwork must be approved by the customer before a job can be entered into production.
