Ad Submission

Upload Advertising

Send your print advertising to Eagle Magazine using the following form.

Step 1:

Make sure your ad is the correct size. See Advertising Specs for more information on ad sizing.

Step 2:

Make sure all fonts are outlined, images are properly embedded, and there is a safe zone for all text. For full page ads, please make sure you also include the bleed.

Step 3:

Make sure your file is the correct type. pdf is preferred, but we will also accept jpg or tif.

Step 4:

Fill out the form below and choose UPLOAD.

Step 5:

Wait for confirmation of successful upload before leaving this web page.

**If you are submitting ads for both Greenbelt Magazine and Eagle Magazine, please make sure that they are sized differently, per the specs pages on each site, and please be sure to upload them individually to the correct magazine’s site. You can upload ads to Eagle Magazine here.

***If you are having difficulty with uploading, please email danielle@eaglemagazine.com or email materials for a $10 fee.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the submitted ad is correct in all areas. Please be sure to double-check photos, spelling, grammar, layout and design before submitting artwork. If an ad is submitted containing errors by the customer, customer is responsible for payment of all original costs of printing including corrections and reprints. The customer is 100% responsible for approvals of Copyright, Trademark and Licensing Agreements of artwork. By selecting "I UNDERSTAND," the customer acknowledges they are contractually bound for payment of all services rendered, and that this form submission has the validity of a signature.
