Charley’s Aunt @ Boise Little Theater
May 19 @ 8:00 pm

Jack Chesney loves Kitty Verdun and Charley loves Miss Amy Spettigue. They invite the ladies to meet Charley’s wealthy aunt from Brazil, “where the nuts come from”. Canceling her visit at the last minute, the millionaire aunt sends the boys into cataclysmic confusion. What do they do now? The problem is solved by drafting their feckless Oxford undergrad pal into a black satin skirt, bloomers and wig. This charming frump is introduced to the ladies, to Jack’s father and to Stephen Spettigue, Amy’s guardian. When the real aunt turns up, classic comic confusion ensues!

Wait Until Dark

May 26 – July 30

Frederick Knott
A 1960s Greenwich Village apartment is the scene for a deadly game of cat and mouse when a group of con-men manipulate and terrorize an unsuspecting blind woman to reclaim a mysterious doll. When the doll can’t be found, the situation spirals out of control. With murder afoot and suspense building, the woman deftly decides to “wait until dark,” in an attempt to outwit her assailants. The thrills begin when the lights go out. Wait Until Dark’s chilling conclusion is proof positive that what you can’t see can hurt you.
Wait Until Dark is presented by special arrangement with Samuel French, Inc.
Age Recommendation: Recommended for ages 14 and up due to adult themes and violence.
